The European Asset Value Fund (TEAVF) is an open-ended Societe d'Investissement a Capital Variable (SICAV) fund. The investment objective is to provide long term capital growth from investment in the shares of property and property-related companies where the share price stands at a discount to underlying net asset value.
TEAVF is managed by Asset Value Investors Limited (AVI). AVI's distinct value oriented and low risk investment approach, which has been in place for over 20 years, is to find undiscovered value among high quality assets.
