Report & Accounts "I am pleased to advise shareholders that the increase in the share price over the year amounted to 23.8%. This compares to the EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association) excluding UK benchmark index increase of 31.3%. Since the year-end the share price has moved up a further 1.17% to €88.20 as of the 31st May. This compares to a decline of 1.43% over the same period of the EPRA benchmark index. We believe that many of the companies represented in the Fund offer good value and are well positioned to deliver strong results in a market that we expect to be quite volatile in the coming months. The Board has recommended a dividend of €0.06 per share which is payable post the Annual General Meeting.
